Your proactive legal strategies will influence key transit initiatives in the Greater Toronto Area. Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and draft critical legal contracts
- Offer strategic legal guidance and solutions
- Manage claims and lead dispute resolution efforts
- Interpret legislation and regulations
- Conduct briefings for stakeholders and management
- Member in good standing of the Law Society of Ontario
- Demonstrated professional experience as a Lawyer
- Completion of JD or LLB degree
- Proficient negotiation and drafting skills
- Strong commitment to equity and inclusion
