We’re seeking an experienced Line Cook to start this June at Lupo Italian! Ranked 6th in Canada's 100 Best Top 10 New Restaurants in Canada, 2023. Friends and family unite in Little Banff Italy! Lupo captures the bustle and vibrancy of a traditional Italian marketplace. Watch our chefs hand-stretch pizza dough, roll fresh pasta and grill tender meats and seafood. Indulge in a classic martini at our lamp-lit bar, enjoy the mountain views from a coveted window seat, or relax on our sun-soaked patio, Aperol Spritz in hand. What You'll Do:
- Preparing and cooking dishes ensuring standards are being met
- Work closely with the Chefs and kitchen team members to ensure a seamless service
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
- Assist with training new team members as required
What You Have:
- Previous culinary experience required
- Excellent work ethic and communication skills
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule required
