We’re currently seeking Line Cooks to join our team at The Dusty Boot! The Dusty Boot Saloon & Dance Hall, the home of fancy cocktails, cold beer, western grub and live music in downtown Banff. A dressed-up saloon in a dressed-down cocktail lounge featuring weathered wood, warm leather, the glow of neon, and the sweet sound of boots on the dance floor. Bar games, cowboy karaoke, billiards and a chef-driven menu (served until 10pm). Saddle up and settle in. Must be whisky drinking age, 18+. Want to know more? Check us out here:
This mid-level kitchen role is all about growth, skill, and passion for great food. You’ll cook top-notch dishes, keep up with the fast-paced kitchen energy, and work side by side with our Chefs to make every plate memorable. This position is part of a shared kitchen team supporting both The Dusty Boot and The Balkan Restaurant.

- Wages between $19.00 - $22.00 per hour, plus summer tip-outs averaging $4 - $7 per hour

What You'll Do:
- Preparing and cooking dishes, ensuring standards are being met
- Work closely with the Chefs and kitchen team members to ensure a seamless service
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
- Assist with training new team members as required
What You Have:
- Excellent work ethic and communication skills
- Previous culinary experience required
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule required
