Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong Hospitality background.
The position is seasonal but there is always an option for staying on or other exciting opportunities!
Responsibilities:
- Lead the day-to-day operations of The Fat Ox of Banff
- Be a mentor to teammates
- Recruit, train and onboard new hires- Assist with planning and execution of groups and events
- Responsible for helping to maintain our service standards
- Administrative duties including cash-outs
Requirements:
- Ability to multi task- Strong customer service skills- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately- Food and Beverage service knowledge- A proven leader with excellent customer service skills- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
