✨ About the Role
We are seeking a talented Fashion Graphic Artist / Designer with strong experience in apparel graphics, prints, and production-ready artwork for fashion and wholesale environments. The ideal candidate is highly technical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across the full product development cycle—from concept creation to final production execution.
This role requires strong collaboration with design, merchandising, and production teams, as well as the ability to balance creative direction with technical precision in a fast-paced environment.
Experience Summary
The ideal candidate will have experience creating apparel graphics, prints, and production-ready artwork for fashion and wholesale environments. They are skilled in developing seasonal collections, preparing technical files, and collaborating cross-functionally with design, merchandising, and marketing teams. They demonstrate a strong ability to balance creativity with technical precision in fast-paced production settings.
✏️ Core Responsibilities
- Design original artwork for apparel graphics, prints, patterns, and seasonal fashion collections from concept to production
- Create tech packs, line sheets, and detailed specifications (specs) for manufacturers and overseas vendors
- Develop repeat patterns, colorways, and print-ready files, including separations for production (screen print, sublimation, etc.)
- Collaborate with merchandising and production teams to ensure design accuracy and commercial viability
- Produce marketing visuals, lookbook assets, and social media creative content aligned with brand identity
- Communicate directly with overseas vendors and factories, supporting sample development, revisions, and approvals
- Manage multiple deadlines across concurrent collections while maintaining strong attention to detail and consistency
- Stay current with fashion and graphic design trends and contribute creative ideas in brainstorming sessions
️ Technical Skills
- Adobe Illustrator (advanced) – technical flats, repeats, vector artwork, print layouts
- Adobe Photoshop – mockups, image manipulation, textile graphics
- Adobe InDesign – line sheets, presentations, lookbooks
- Exposure / working knowledge of:
- 3D / CAD tools (currently learning or developing in 3D garment visualization software)
- Production workflow tools used in fashion development
️ Ecommerce / Digital Experience
- Experience supporting Shopify product uploads, visual content updates, and seasonal merchandising assets
- Ability to create digital-first visuals optimized for ecommerce product pages and campaigns
Production & Technical Development
- Strong understanding of fashion production workflows, including print techniques, fabric constraints, and garment construction considerations
- Experience preparing production-ready artwork files with precise specifications for manufacturing execution
- Comfortable reviewing samples, making corrections, and ensuring design integrity through production stages
