Job Responsibility:
3+ years of buying experience in automotive metal parts manufacturing
Above average negotiating skills
Knowledge of Commodities
Scheduling and inventroy knowledge
Computer skills: Microsoft office excel, Word; CMS.
Duties:
Maintain daily MRO buying activities.
Purchase and prepare PO's for all MRO requirements for Maintenance and plant as required.
Initiate cost savings.
Forward quotes as required on a timely basis.
Ensure MRO requirements arrive on time so that production won't be affected.
Other duties that may arise from time to time.
