As a member of the Corporate Accounting and Reporting team, the Senior Finance Analyst (SFA) will be responsible for supporting the month end and quarter end close processes as well as quarterly reporting requirements. This role provides technical accounting (IFRS) expertise, supports the preparation of consolidated financial statements, and ensures overall compliance with applicable accounting standards and internal policies.

This Teammate Will Be Responsible For

• Assist with the overall month end close process ensuring accuracy and timeliness of information
• Responsible for financial reporting to parent company
• Preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements and required disclosures
• Preparation of monthly journal entries and account reconciliations
• Financial accounting analysis as required (IFRS)
• Ensure internal control practices are executed including completeness and review of monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Preparation and review of quarterly Board reporting
• Assist with interim and annual audit requirements with external auditors
• Responsible for maintenance of internal reports and maintenance of the chart of accounts and general ledger
• Resource for accounting, IFRS, and internal controls
• Special projects as required

We Are Looking For a Teammate With

• Demonstrate ability to take action in solving problems while exhibiting judgment and a realistic understanding of issues and constraints
• Hold or working towards a CPA, CA designation
• Experience preparing external financial statements and disclosures
• Public company or IFRS experience preferred
• Experience with consolidations
• Proven leadership skills in achieving results
• Ability to work with a positive attitude and in a professional manner
• Enjoy working in a fast paced, changing environment
• Ability to work with minimum supervision and be a dedicated team player
• Possess a strong attention to detail
• Possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight reporting deadlines
• Experience in manufacturing background preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Excel
• Experience with Oracle Fusion is an asset

Compensation: $85,000 - $95,000 annually, plus annual bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits.
