Product Lead - SaaS in MS Dynamics

We are looking for a Product Lead who has extensive experience in product management and design.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem products, B2B SaaS, or vertical software
• More than 5 years in product management / product ownership (end to end)
• You should have mentored and managed other product managers
• Experience building, designing or improving product development processes

WHAT ARE THE JOB's RESPONSIBILITIES?

People Management:

• Provide weekly coaching, feedback and career development support to Product Managers
• Onboarding of new team members
• Partner with the CPO on hiring matters and activities

Product Operations:

• Take ownership of the team’s product development process
• Lead the build out and integration with Azure DevOps, of the team’s product management platform
• Establish standards for the teams’ documentation, handling of backlogs and communicate effectively with the internal team and various stakeholders

Customer Feedback and Discovery:

• Work closely with the CPO to shape overall approach in developing channels for customer feedback flows to the product team.
• Work closely with PMs to make sure they have documented, organized, consistent and actionable feedback and insights from customer
• Work closely with Customer Success and Sales teams and CPO to close loops and manage show stoppers

Execution and Delivery:

• Work closely with PMs, making sure they have clear scope, resolved blockers and aligned stake holder – so they can deliver what is needed
• Monitor closely the deliverables of each product team and raise any potential risks to the CPO
• Design and track metrics that matter for the team – help drive accountability and not just output

Stakeholder Alignment:

• Be the main point of escalation for cross-functional issues across multiple product areas
• Maintain visibility into dependencies between product areas and flag conflicts early
• Represent the team in cross-functional forums as appropriate and work with CPO to deliver roadmap communications for leadership and key stakeholders

You will be the center of the product building process – shaping how the product team operates, influence decisions across the entire platform, help build the discipline to scale and become the operational backbone.
