Location: Hybrid (Mostly Remote – 1 day/week onsite)
Experience: 10+ Years (Minimum 5 years leading Pega Operations & Support)
Role Summary
Seeking a senior Pega Operations & Support Lead to manage Pega application and infrastructure support across production and non-production environments. The role requires strong expertise in Pega Architecture, Design, Implementation, and Operational Support , along with experience driving automation and AI initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Pega application and infrastructure support teams (onshore/offshore).
- Ensure platform stability, performance, and rapid issue resolution.
- Drive incident reduction and continuous service improvement.
- Implement automation and AI-driven operational enhancements.
- Establish support standards, best practices, and governance.
- Manage vendor relationships and support engagements.
- Coach and mentor team members to improve productivity.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of IT experience.
- 5+ years leading Pega Operations & Support teams (mandatory).
- Strong experience in Pega Architecture, Design, Implementation, and Production Support.
- Experience managing both application and infrastructure support.
- Strong stakeholder, vendor, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
