Nous sommes présentement à la recherche d'un Conseiller en Gestion du Changement pour un contrat d'une durée de 12 mois avec possibilité de renouvellement.
MANDAT
• Participer à des projets transformation organisationnelle et numérique majeurs
• Appuyer et mobiliser les parties prenantes dans l’évolution et le changement
• Analyser et supporter les besoins de gestion du changement et communication
• Anticiper l’impact et les risques des nouveaux processus et outils sur les unités d’affaires
• Suivre l’adoption et travailler à renforcer la culture de changement
PROFIL
• 7+ années d’expérience en tant que Conseiller en Gestion du Changement
• Expérience démontrée sur des projets de transformation organisationnelle ou numérique
• Certification PROSCI (atout)
• Expérience dans la le domaine financier (atout)
• Fortes habiletés de communication et de rédaction
• BAC en ressources humaines, relations industrielles ou équivalent
• Bilinguisme (Anglais requis, Français fonctionnel)
