Part-Time Youth Ministry Leader (Grades 9-12)

We are seeking a passionate Youth Ministry Leader to help grow and lead our Senior High ministry (Grades 9–12)within an established multi-site church in a growing community.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading and teaching weekly Sr. High youth nights
- Creating a safe, welcoming, Christ-centred community for students
- Developing and implementing a yearly ministry plan
- Mentoring and discipling students
- Planning and running events throughout the year (at least once per quarter)
- Working with church leadership to grow and strengthen the youth ministry
- Strong relational and interpersonal skills
- "Help plan and participate in yearly mission trip for the youth.
- Good with time management and organizational skills
This is a part-time position , with potential for the role to grow as the ministry expands.
