Bayview Glen Church is seeking a Family Ministry Coordinator: Saturday to provide leadership, administrative support, and ministry direction for Bayview Kids and Youth ministries, serving children and students from birth to Grade 12.
This role will help create welcoming, engaging, and safe environments for children, youth, families, and SERVE Team members on Saturdays and during special services throughout the year. Working closely with the Saturday Campus Pastor, Family Ministry, Kids Ministry, Youth Ministry, and Discipleship teams, the Family Ministry Coordinator will support ministry programming, team development, volunteer training, and family discipleship initiatives.
The ideal candidate is a spiritually mature, organized, and relational leader with a heart for kids, youth, and families. They will bring strong communication, administrative, and problem-solving skills, along with experience leading children’s or student ministry environments and supporting volunteer teams.
