- Monitor site progress and maintain communication with stakeholders
- Prepare and manage budgets, scopes, and schedules
- Develop design drawings and cost estimates
- Oversee documentation for project closeout
- Provide engineering support and emergency services
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
- At least 4 years of relevant railway engineering experience
- Proficient in MS Office tools
- Driving license required
- Familiarity with AREMA and Class 1 Railway standards
