Reliability Engineer for Patient Safety

Shape the future of medical device quality as a Reliability Engineer focusing on performance and compliance. Your innovative solutions will enhance safety and reliability across products. In this role, you will use your reliability engineering knowledge to work closely with Systems, Electrical, and Software teams. You are tasked with defining reliability targets, assessing risks, and ensuring compliance throughout the product lifecycle. Your efforts will play a pivotal role in safeguarding patient safety and ensuring product excellence. Key Responsibilities:
- Establish reliability targets and models crucial for design
- Engage with teams to integrate reliability in product designs
- Perform accelerated life tests, including HALT and HASS
- Evaluate field performance data for continuous improvement
- Lead root-cause analysis initiatives and corrective actions
- Bachelor's degree in engineering; Master’s preferred
- 5-8+ years in reliability or quality engineering
- Expertise in Minitab or JMP
- Experience in medical device regulatory compliance
- Comprehensive understanding of reliability statistics and risk management
