Front of House Manager Supervisor

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Front of House Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our dining establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service and hospitality, ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth front-of-house operations.
Duties:
- Manage and lead front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders- Ensure high-quality customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints- Oversee dining room setup, cleanliness, and organization- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and quality control- Train new employees on service standards, menu items, and POS systems- Monitor inventory levels for front-of-house supplies and place orders as needed- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations, including food safety standards- Handle cash transactions, reconcile daily sales, and prepare reports for management
Experience:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food industry- Strong knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operations, and customer service- Proficiency in cash handling procedures and POS systems- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively- Experience with interviewing and hiring front-of-house staff is a plus
