Team Lead for Process Control Operators

Enhance production efficiency as Ice River's Team Lead for Process Control & Machine Operators in Feversham, ON. Oversee operations, ensure high quality, and promote safety in a dynamic environment. Ice River is seeking 16 full-time Process Control & Machine Operator Team Leads for 12-hour rotating shifts. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to operate and troubleshoot advanced bottling equipment. You will lead a team, keep detailed records, and analyze key performance indicators to optimize production flow. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and train a team of operators on production lines
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols for team members
- Operate and troubleshoot bottling processing equipment
- Maintain accurate records for quality control
- Analyze production metrics to optimize equipment efficiency
- High school diploma and some post-secondary education
- Two years of experience in bottling or plastics injection
- Prior leadership experience in manufacturing settings
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in dynamic environments
