The Marketing Coordinator will join a vibrant and innovative work environment, working within a dynamic team of award-winning marketing professionals. In this role, the Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for the development and execution of diverse marketing initiatives across retail, scoop shop, impulse and general market segments.
The ideal candidate possesses strong creative skills and a portfolio of work that reflects their passion for video production, graphic design and marketing. The candidate has experience in working with various design platforms and understands brand guidelines to ensure brand integrity and strong KPIs. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, professional attitude, efficient work habits, and an outgoing personality are highly valued for this position.
The Marketing Coordinator will demonstrate outstanding organizational abilities and a commitment to achieving timely outcomes. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, the Marketing Coordinator will help facilitate the seamless distribution of POS materials, ensuring that inventory is delivered accurately and promptly to customers. Duties include tracking and replenishing POS inventory, conducting audits, processing POS orders, and contributing to the development of efficient distribution strategies.
Additional responsibilities encompass managing social media communications, executing contests, processing mail, developing new content, managing events, deploying email campaigns, and more.
Position Requirements:
- Proficiency in video production and video editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)
- Skillful use of graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Outstanding communicator with excellent verbal and written English skills
- Experience in content writing for media communications, blogs, and web content
- Experience with Point of Sale marketing strategies is an asset
- Experience in social media communications is an asset
- Written and oral French language skills are an asset

At Chapman’s, compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $52,000 to $55,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on market averages and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus programs and annual wage reviews.
