Position Summary...Walmart Connect is Walmart Canada's retail media business, helping brands connect with millions of Canadianshoppers across onsite, offsite, in-store, and emerging media channels. We are seeking a commercially drivenSenior Manager, Ad Partnerships, API (IC) to own and grow our technology partner ecosystem, including Pacvue,Skai, Flywheel, and future integrations. This role will accelerate advertising investment through strategicpartnerships, API adoption, and joint growth initiatives across agencies, suppliers, and technology providers.The qualified candidate is a unique builder who will have the opportunity to drive monumental growth of a newrevenue stream, develop scalable partner programs, and influence the future of retail media technology in Canada.What you'll do...Partner Growth & Revenue:• Develop and execute joint business plans with partners to drive revenue growth, adoption, and pipeline expansion.Go-to-Market & Commercialization:• Own commercial growth across Walmart Connect's technology partner ecosystem, with accountability for partner-attributed investment, adoption, and strategic expansion.Adoption & Enablement:• Educate API Tech Partners, agencies, and suppliers on Walmart Connect APIs and emerging capabilities.• Drive adoption of partner-enabled solutions through acting as a trusted advisor to agencies and suppliers seeking to scale their Walmart Connect investments.• Lead executive presentations, training workshops, and thought leadership initiatives.Partner Strategy & Operations:• Serve as the primary business liaison between partners and internal stakeholders.• Advocate for partner needs and influence future roadmap priorities.• Own commercial onboarding strategy for new API partners, feature launches, and platform integrations.• Monitor performance and recommend opportunities for growth.Strategic Planning & Reporting:• Monitor partner performance and drive initiatives that increase investment, adoption, and overall business impact.• Present actionable insights and growth strategies to partner executives through ongoing MBRs and QBRs.• Optimize and evolve the partner network to maximize commercial outcomes and support Walmart Connect's strategic priorities.QUALIFICATIONSThe ideal candidate combines the commercial instincts of a sales builder, the relationship management skills of a strategic partnership executive, and the curiosity required to navigate an emerging ad tech landscape. They are:• A proven builder with 5-8+ years of experience in retail media, ad tech, partnerships, sales, agency leadership, or related fields driving revenue growth.• Ideally experienced working with commerce media or retail media platforms such as Pacvue, Skai, Flywheel, Perpetua, CommerceIQ, or related technologies.• Knowledgeable of APIs, SaaS platforms, retail media ecosystems, and digital advertising.• Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a proven ability to translate data into business recommendations.• Excellent communicator, presenter, and stakeholder manager.• Entrepreneurial, self-directed, collaborative, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced growth environment.WHY THIS ROLE MATTERSThis role will help shape the future of Walmart Connect Canada's advertising technology ecosystem.
