Citi invites innovative leaders to apply for the Senior Vice President position in Application/Product Development. Drive technological advancement and lead teams in adopting AI solutions for superior products.
As a Senior Vice President, your primary focus will be to enhance product development by integrating modern technologies and leading architectural innovations. You will mentor engineering teams and guide them in the application of AI tools like GitHub Copilot to optimize the development process. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential in aligning technical solutions with market needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead decisions on scalable software architecture
• Oversee the end-to-end software development process
• Mentor talented engineers and promote a culture of excellence
• Advocate for innovation in software development
• Collaborate closely with Product Management and Design teams
Requirements:
• At least 10 years of software engineering experience
• 5+ years in leadership within a product-driven environment
• Proven record in designing microservices and distributed systems
• Mastery of one or more modern programming languages
• Familiarity with cloud-native platforms and AI tools
Drive product excellence and foster an innovative engineering culture at Citi.
