Director, Product Marketing

Director, Product Marketing Procurify is the agentic procurement platform that helps mid-market organizations get complete control over their spend. We’re trusted by hundreds of companies around the world, across industries like biotechnology, education, health care, manufacturing, and software, to manage over $100B in spend. Product marketing sits at the center of how we're understood in that market, and we're hiring a Director to lead it. ABOUT THE ROLE Procurify is looking for a Director of Product Marketing to define how we compete and win. You'll own the company narrative, the messaging architecture our go-to-market organization builds on, how we segment and prioritize the market, and the analyst relationships that influence how Procurify is understood. This is a chance to help define Procurify's next stage of growth as the agentic procurement platform. You'll be at the center of translating that strategy into positioning, messaging, assets, and programs that drive demonstrable impact across our go-to-market organization. This is a senior seat on the marketing leadership team, with full visibility across the company and regular engagement with executives. You'll lead two Product Marketing Managers. You'll raise their craft, sharpen their judgment, and expand what they're capable of owning, building both the team's impact and their careers as leaders in their own right. This is a true player-coach role. Your PMMs own their product portfolios, and you'll guide their strategy and raise the quality of their work while directly owning company-level and cross-portfolio initiatives yourself. It's hands-on by design: you get the scope and influence of a senior leader while staying close to the craft. AI fluency is table stakes for this role. We expect AI to be foundational to how you analyze information, build workflows, create and evaluate work, and scale the team's impact without compromising quality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES POSITIONING AND MARKET STRATEGY - Own Procurify's positioning strategy and define how we differentiate in the procurement market. - Build and maintain the company-level narrative and messaging architecture as the single source of truth across all surfaces, and translate it into positioning teams can execute against. - Own the AI and agentic narrative: make the platform's intelligence concrete, credible, and differentiated for finance and operations buyers. - Own market segmentation and use it to direct where we invest and who we talk to. - Own the voice of the customer with deep customer research and win/loss analysis. - Use product, customer, funnel, and market data to identify patterns, test assumptions, and turn evidence into clear strategic recommendations. - Shape Procurify's analyst relations strategy and narrative, building credible relationships with top-tier analyst firms and influencing how the company and category are represented. - Act as a credible external voice on procurement and the agentic shift through analyst briefings, press, and webinars. GO-TO-MARKET - Set the execution standard and quality bar for the function, along with the operating rhythms that keep it consistent. - Own launch strategy across the portfolio and decide which messages and formats get tested in the market, in partnership with demand generation. - Own the strategy for direct-to-customer communications: launch and product-news emails, in-app posts, in-app tours, and lifecycle journeys. - Report and analyze product marketing's contribution to pipeline, adoption, and retention. AI-FIRST PRACTICE - Build an AI-enabled Product Marketing practice that improves the quality, consistency, and scale of the function. - Establish shared tools, context, and repeatable workflows across core PMM work, and partner with Marketing’s AI specialists to make Product Marketing a model for effective AI-assisted work.
