About Christians for Israel, Canada: Christians for Israel, Canada (C4I) is a faith-based charity. The primary goal of our ministry is to raise awareness of God’s plans and purposes for Israel. We are seeking a dedicated and spiritually mature professional to join our team as an Creative & Ministry Outreach Coordinator, contributing to our mission through comprehensive creative media, communications, and outreach support.

The Opportunity: The Creative & Ministry Outreach Coordinator will be a pivotal member of the C4I team, to amplify the organization’s voice through high-quality media production, compelling storytelling, and strategic external engagement. This role requires an able communicator and media professional with strong studio, production, and public speaking experience. The position focuses on expanding national reach, strengthening church and partner relationships, and supporting donor engagement through creative content and in-person representation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Media Production & Studio Leadership (Primary Focus)

• Lead the creation of high-quality video, audio, and digital media content
• Oversee all stages of production: concept, scripting, filming, editing, and distribution
• Manage and optimize use of studio equipment and production workflows
• Ensure consistent content output (weekly/monthly cadence)
• Adapt content for multiple platforms (social, web, campaigns, presentations)
• Maintain high production standards and brand consistency

2. Digital Storytelling & Content Strategy

• Develop compelling narratives that communicate impact and mission
• Translate field activities and ministry outcomes into engaging content
• Collaborate with internal teams to support campaigns and communications
• Contribute creative direction for messaging and storytelling initiatives

3. Ministry Partnerships & External Engagement

• Build and maintain relationships with churches and ministry partners across Ontario and nationally
• Deliver 30–50 speaking engagements annually (churches, events, conferences)
• Represent the organization as a consistent and credible external voice
• Identify and support partnership opportunities that expand reach

4. Fundraising & Donor Engagement Support 

• Support donor engagement through storytelling and content creation
• Participate in select donor-facing events or meetings as needed
• Develop media assets for fundraising campaigns and donor communications

Qualifications & Attributes:

• A passionate faith walk and committed love for Jesus Christ.
• Experience in a church or para-church ministry is highly preferred.
• Strong media production and studio experience
• Skilled in video, audio, and digital storytelling
• Confident and engaging public speaker
• Strong relational and networking ability (especially with churches)
• Creative thinker with high initiative.
• Exceptional organizational, coordination, and executive functioning skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility, resilience, and self-motivation to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving work environment.
• A solid understanding of C4I’s mission, theology, and global context.
