- Lead and manage geotechnical investigation processes
- Develop and write geotechnical reports and proposals
- Conduct geotechnical analysis for multiple disciplines
- Ensure project milestones are met on schedule
- Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and subcontractors
- Degree in civil or geotechnical engineering
- At least 4 years of relevant experience
- Registered as an Engineer in Ontario
- Proficient in geotechnical software applications
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
