Geotechnical Engineer (P.Eng.)

We are seeking an experienced Geotechnical Engineer (P.Eng.) to join a high profile bridge infrastructure project in the National Capital Region. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a landmark transportation project and work alongside multidisciplinary teams on complex engineering challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead geotechnical investigations, field programs, and subsurface assessments
- Design and analyze foundation systems, including piles, caissons, and spread footings
- Perform seismic and liquefaction assessments for bridge infrastructure
- Evaluate retaining structures, embankments, and slope stabilization solutions
- Provide technical support during construction, including site reviews and monitoring
- Identify and mitigate geotechnical and construction-related risks
- Collaborate with design consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
What We’re Looking For
- P.Eng. designation in Ontario and/or Quebec (or eligibility to obtain)
- 10+ years of geotechnical engineering experience
- Strong bridge and heavy civil infrastructure project experience is required
- Expertise in foundation engineering, soil mechanics, and seismic design
- Experience with geotechnical software such as GeoStudio, PLAXIS, or gINT
- Excellent technical, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
- French-English bilingualism is considered an asset
