Manager of Financial Reporting - Toronto Hybrid

- Lead the preparation of consolidated financial statements under IFRS
- Monitor clarity and insight in Management’s Discussion and Analysis
- Provide financial advisory to senior leadership on key results
- Oversee technical assessments for complex transactions
- Collaborate with auditors for efficient reporting cycles
- 5+ years of experience in financial reporting roles
- CPA designation with expertise in IFRS
- Background in preparing MD&A and understanding non-IFRS metrics
- Strong leadership and communication capabilities
- Proven ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks
