Bilingual Support Analyst Remote Position

Join Compugen as a Bilingual Service Desk Analyst, providing remote support across Canada. Engage with users via phone, email, and in-person assistance, ensuring seamless tech experiences. This role requires fluency in both English and French, along with a minimum of two years in technical support or similar customer service positions. Candidates should demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and a good understanding of the Windows 10 environment. You'll help clients troubleshoot issues effectively while contributing to the development of knowledge base articles. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support through various communication channels
- Analyze and monitor network problems effectively
- Document and track problem-solving processes diligently
- Apply diagnostic tools for troubleshooting support
- Collaborate during team meetings to enhance service delivery
- Degree or diploma in Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years in customer service or technical roles
- Exceptional bilingual (French/English) communication skills
- Attention to detail and research capabilities
- Experience in a collaborative team environment
