Strategic Consultant - Children's Mental Health

Be a key player in the future of children's mental health with Vanier Children’s Mental Wellness in London-Middlesex. This role emphasizes strategic planning and data-driven decision-making.
As the Lead Agency Consultant, you will collaborate with various stakeholders in healthcare to implement quality improvement initiatives and lead essential planning projects. This position is dedicated to advancing mental health services through continuous quality enhancement and effective relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and lead mental health planning projects
• Engage stakeholders for impactful planning decisions
• Analyze system data to inform service improvement
• Facilitate quality initiatives across planning projects
• Adapt project plans based on evolving needs
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in health or social sciences
• At least 5 years of relevant sector experience
• Quality improvement certifications are advantageous
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications
• Valid Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle
Help shape a responsive mental health system for children and youth in London-Middlesex.
