Description du poste
L’Analyste financier soutient les opérations financières de l’entreprise en participant aux activités de contrôle de gestion, à certaines tâches comptables et à la coordination du processus de paie. Ce rôle convient à un professionnel analytique, organisé et désireux de développer ses compétences dans un environnement collaboratif.
Responsabilités principales :
Contrôle de gestion et analyses financières
- Participer à la préparation des budgets et prévisions.
- Produire des analyses de variance mensuelles.
- Suivre certains indicateurs de performance.
- Préparer des rapports destinés à la direction.
Comptabilité et soutien administratif
- Effectuer des écritures de journal simples.
- Participer au processus de fin de mois.
- Contribuer à l’amélioration des processus financiers.
Soutien au processus de paie
- Préparer et vérifier les données nécessaires au traitement de la paie.
- Collaborer avec le service RH et le fournisseur de paie (Nethris, ADP, etc.).
- Répondre aux questions de base des employés.
- Participer à la production de certains rapports (T4, RL‑1, relevés d’emploi).
Qualifications
- Diplôme en finance, comptabilité ou administration.
- 2 à 4 ans d’expérience dans un rôle financier ou comptable.
- Expérience en paie (même partielle).
- Bonne maîtrise d’Excel.
- Capacité d’analyse et souci du détail.
- Bilinguisme français/anglais.
