Financial Analyst

We are looking for a motivated Financial Analyst to join our client team: <\/span>

<\/span><\/span> Job Duties\/Responsibilities <\/span><\/span><\/u><\/b>
<\/span>
<\/span>
<\/span>\- Accounts receivable reconciliation for invoice deductions from customers and requesting necessary backup as required <\/span>
<\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
\- Record keeping of outstanding claims and deductions to review with our sales team <\/span>
<\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
\- Invoicing customers daily using a 3\-way matching system <\/span>
<\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
\- Prepare backup for AP payments processing on a routine basis <\/span>
<\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
\- Assist in reporting markdowns after the close of each seasonal event <\/span>
<\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
\- Matching and processing accounts payable invoices for line items on the P&L <\/span>
<\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
\- Assist with our inventory cycle counts and reconciliation process every quarter <\/span>
<\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
\- Setting up new items and customers on QuickBooks <\/span>
<\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
\- Maintaining and organizing the storage of AP invoice documents <\/span>
<\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
\- Requesting credit references and checks for new customers with follow\-ups <\/span>
<\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
\- Review the A\/R Aging report and inquire about the payment status <\/span>
<\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
\- Review and approve inbound\/outbound customs clearance documents <\/span>
<\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
\- Provide support for our month\-end\/quarter\-end and year\-end close <\/span>
<\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
\- Tracking freight costs incurred and documenting them for approval <\/span>
<\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
\- Record CHEP pallet movements for report and reconciliation <\/span>
<\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
\- Compiling necessary financial data as requested on an ad\-hoc basis via QuickBooks <\/span>
<\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
\- Provide ad\-hoc support to our operations team as required <\/span><\/span>
<\/div><\/span>
