Position: Senior Major Incident Officer
Location: Hybrid, 3x per week in office (Toronto, Downtown)
Structure : FTE, Permanent
Pay: Up to $130,000 base salary + bonus

Requirements:
- 5+ years of working experience in Major Incident management in supporting complex IT environment in a larger organization
- 12+ years of progressive IT working experience that spans a high-level understanding of full stack technologies used in a large enterprise
- 3+ years of working experience in dealing with senior executives (VP+ audience) from Business and Technology
- Banking or finance services’ industry experience is a strong asset
- Excellent communication (verbal/written/presentation) skills
