• What This Looks Like at RONA

  In a store like RONA, a Customer Service Ambassador would:

• Welcome customers entering the Front End, or Sales Floor.
• Help customers find building materials, tools, hardware, or home improvement solutions.
• Support contractors and DIY customers with product knowledge.
• Resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, and returns.
• Create a customer-first culture while supporting sales and operational objectives.

• The simplest definition is:

  A Customer Service Ambassador is someone who turns ordinary customer interactions into positive experiences that build loyalty, trust, and repeat business.

• Effective selling skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service are essential
• Good communication and interpersonal skills are needed to assess customer requirements and make recommendations
• Some experience in a customer-focused role is required
• The ability to perform work duties involving stretching, bending, lifting, and carrying medium to heavy products is required
