Job Summary

The Food and Beverage Supervisor is responsible for ensuring an exceptional quality service experience across all hotel outlets (restaurants, bar, room service). He/she oversees the smooth operation of daily activities, ensures customer satisfaction, and supervises the food service team.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of food service outlets, ensuring smooth operations and quality service;

• Assist the manager in daily tasks;

• Encourage staff engagement and strengthen team cohesion by creating a positive and motivating work environment;

• Proactively address complaints and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction;

• Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of procedures and operations;

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards, as well as hotel policies;

• Assist in scheduling;

• Train, mentor, and guide employees to ensure the best customer service;

• Other related tasks as needed.

• Minimum of 2 years of management experience in food service;

• Degree in hospitality and restaurant management (an asset);

• Bilingualism (English and French);

• Neat appearance and professional presentation;

• Leadership, professionalism, and a positive attitude;

• Proactivity and organizational skills;

• Time management and prioritization;

• Knowledge of Office Suite and Micros restaurant software (an asset);

• Experience in a unionized environment (an asset);

• Availability during the day, evenings, and weekends.
