Your ability to provide practical HR solutions and coaching will be instrumental in supporting high-performing teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strong alliances with leaders and managers
- Coach on employee relations and performance management
- Drive initiatives for workforce and succession planning
- Manage compliance in employee relations matters
- Lead projects that refine employee experience
- CIPD Level 5 or above preferred
- Proven background as an HR Business Partner
- In-depth knowledge of UK employment law
- History of influencing senior leadership
- Strong communication and relationship-building capabilities
