Assistant Vice President Client Success Toronto

Elevate client satisfaction as the Assistant Vice President of Client Success at Bespoke Metrics in Toronto. Build strong client relationships to support the successful use of our COMPASS platform. In this pivotal role, you'll be integral to the client onboarding journey and ongoing engagement for COMPASS users. You will collaborate with diverse clients, guiding them through integration processes, training, and continuous support. Your focus on client satisfaction will lay the groundwork for long-term relationships, fostering growth and retention. Key Responsibilities:
- Own the complete onboarding process for new clients
- Lead implementation initiatives across client organizations
- Cultivate relationships through regular communication
- Address client inquiries and technical issues promptly
- Understand client needs to ensure long-term success
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution
- 3+ years in Client Success or Customer Experience roles
- Strong communication skills and multitasking abilities
- Experience with SaaS or construction industries preferred
- Proficiency in CRM systems and productivity tools
