Your leadership will focus on building a high-performing team that drives insight-based decision-making. Key Responsibilities:
- Shape client success strategy alongside Chief Client Officer
- Translate strategy into measurable annual operating plans
- Foster alignment across client success operational units
- Lead high-impact cross-functional client success programs
- Drive performance reporting and KPI frameworks
- 15+ years in strategy or program leadership
- Executive leadership experience in complex tech organizations
- Strong financial acumen supporting planning processes
- Experience with client-facing functions or M&A
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree preferred
