Vice President Middle Market Ontario

Lead the Ontario Middle Market business as the Vice President at Zurich Canada. As a senior executive based in Toronto, you will report to the SVP and oversee the success of the Middle Market portfolio through effective execution of business strategies. This position offers opportunities in people development, underwriting management, and operational excellence within the commercial insurance sector. Key Responsibilities:
- Establish performance targets and financial budgets
- Align underwriting with broader business goals
- Develop underwriting teams for market success
- Manage stakeholder relationships for service improvement
- Underwrite and analyze new and renewal business
- Bachelor’s Degree and 12+ years in relevant roles
- 5+ years of people management experience
- Strong understanding of Middle Market insurance
- Established Ontario broker relationships
- Proven strategic planning capabilities
