Lallemand Accounts Payable Specialist Opening

Lallemand is on the lookout for an Accounts Payable Specialist ready to tackle daily operations in a vibrant manufacturing setting. This is a 6-month role with potential for future growth. The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for processing vendor invoices and ensuring a smooth transactional flow in a dynamic environment. Engage in inventory management, perform account reconciliations, and actively participate in closing activities. Your analysis of aging reports will be pivotal in resolving discrepancies and fostering improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Process high-volume vendor invoices accurately
- Involve in inventory management and adjustments
- Analyze aging reports and address discrepancies
- Verify vendor accounts and statements diligently
- Participate in month-end and annual closing tasks
- Solid experience in accounts payable processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical skills for discrepancy analysis
- Excellent reconciliation abilities
- Interest in process improvement initiatives
