- Manage accounts payable and supplier payment processing
- Handle client invoicing and follow-up activities
- Complete progress billing and contract notices
- Conduct monthly bank reconciliations with precision
- Oversee construction payroll and related tax payments
- Accounting degree (DEC, AEC, or equivalent)
- Experience in construction accounting is required
- Competent in accounts reconciliation and remittances
- Knowledge of CCQ regulations
- Bilingual in French and English for effective communication
