Customer Service Representative

Our client is a well-established organization in the electrical distribution industry seeking a Customer Service Representative – Inside Sales to join their Edmonton team.
This role is ideal for a customer-focused sales professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and developing technical product knowledge.

What you’ll do
- Respond to customer inquiries and proactively generate sales with existing customers
- Process orders, pricing, quotes, expediting, billing and returns
- Provide product and technical support to customers and Account Managers
- Resolve customer concerns and troubleshoot product-related issues
- Build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities to grow sales
- Stay informed on market conditions, competition and product opportunities
- Support sales meetings, training and other branch initiatives
- Grade 12 education; post-secondary or technical education is an asset
- 1–3 years of related sales or customer service experience
- Electrical industry experience is preferred
- Strong customer service, communication and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organization and time management
- Ability to build relationships and handle objections professionally
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
