Customer Service Representative

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role involves managing customer interactions, coordinating logistics, and performing essential administrative tasks. The position offers significant opportunities for growth within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer pickups from phone calls and emails.
• Set up out-of-town pickups with carriers and conduct follow-ups with carriers.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone calls and emails.
• Handle customer issues with dispatch and other departments as required.
• Coordinate orders with terminals and carriers.
• Perform administrative duties such as PODing orders and imaging documents.
• Enter payroll and productivity reports.
• Create and utilize spreadsheet reports daily.

Essential Skills

• Working knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience/administrative assistant experience in a transportation company

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in transportation is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Positive attitude with good problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail.

Work Environment: The position is full-time, with working hours from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. The role is based in an office environment. Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
