Principal Groundwater Modeler at WSP

Elevate your technical expertise as WSP’s Principal Groundwater Modeler, maximizing creativity in water resource projects. Collaborate globally on complex modelling efforts and help shape sustainable solutions. As a Technical Director within WSP's Hydrogeology and Water Resources practice, your role focuses on leading major groundwater modelling projects. You will leverage over 20 years of experience, guiding international teams and advising clients on innovative modelling techniques. Your leadership will influence best practices and ensure high-quality project delivery. Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a senior expert in groundwater modelling
Lead complex groundwater and contaminant transport projects
Advise clients and regulators on modelling approaches
Collaborate on integrated environmental and infrastructure projects
Mentor teams and enhance global modelling capabilities

Requirements:

Master’s or PhD in Hydrogeology or related field
20+ years in groundwater modelling and consulting
P.Geo. or P.Eng. designation in Canada
Proficiency in MODFLOW, FEFLOW, or similar tools
Strong leadership and communication skills
