We are looking for a Technical Advisor to join our team!
Job Description - Open work orders;- Close work orders;
- Prepare appointments for the following day and manage the fleet of courtesy vehicles
- Answer calls and schedule appointments - Track parts on order - Understand and apply the manufacturer’s warranty, including prepaid maintenance plans - Process requests for extended warranties - Manage multiple IT platforms ** We welcome candidates with experience in any role within the automotive industry. **Job Requirements: - Experience in the automotive industry (any role);
- Passionate about customer service (enjoys working with the public). We offer a permanent position with a 5-day workweek (Monday through Friday), no weekends. The company provides a work uniform. Join a stable team within a rapidly expanding company. Salary starting at $70k
