Technical Advisor

Acura Montreal Centre is looking for a Technical Advisor to join its team!

Main Responsibilities
Greet customers in the service department and open work orders.
Track work progress and close work orders.
Prepare appointments for the following day and manage the fleet of courtesy vehicles.
Answer calls and schedule service appointments.
Follow up with customers on parts that have been ordered.
Understand and apply the manufacturer’s warranty policies, including prepaid maintenance plans.
Process requests related to extended warranties.
Effectively use the dealership’s various IT platforms.
Provide professional and personalized customer service.
Collaborate with technicians, the parts department, and other team members to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Desired Qualifications
Experience in the automotive industry (all relevant experience will be considered).
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Organizational skills, independence, and professionalism.
Proficiency with computer software.
Bilingual in French and English (a plus).
