You Are: A hands-on Solution Architect who knows how to develop, design, and maintain technologies that work for our clients. And you know how to come up with strategies, solutions, and processes for managing enterprise-wide data throughout the data life cycle. What You'll Do:
Understand our customers' core business objectives and build end-to-end data centric solutions to address them.
Collaborate with technical business analyst, to understand business requirements, data, and optimize data pipeline performance.
Build solutions in big data and data management tools meeting projects' requirements.
Construct code with good coding standard and practices to ensure high quality and minimum risks.
Closely working with project manager and technical leads to provide regular status reporting and support them to identify blockers for quick resolution.
Basic Qualification:
5+ years of experience in Talend tool along with SQL Server Database knowledge
Experience in designing and developing (enhancements and maintenance) new ETL Solutions, ETL processes and controls to ingest, organize, curate large volumes data from variety of sources for Data Warehouse/Data Mart/Data Lake
3-5 years practical knowledge of data mapping, data migration, data transformations, deduplication and error handling within Talend.
5+ years of experience in ETL Solutions development and expertise in designing and implementing Relational Database models per business needs.
Expertise in ETL performance tuning techniques, such as parallelism, batching, caching, compression, partitioning, indexing, and incremental loading
Experience in Database Development, Design, Analysis, Support in Development, Testing and Production Environments with various business domains.
3-4 years proven experience with Git code repository tools, commands, etc
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
Nice to have:
Knowledge of Salesforce financial cloud, Campaign management and Lead management an asset
Salesforce admin expertise preferred.
Knowledge of Jenkins, Informatica or Mulesoft
