Drive customer satisfaction and sales as a Retail Assistant Manager at Sunglass Hut. Help lead your team to success in a dynamic, thriving store environment. Sunglass Hut is looking for a Retail Assistant Manager for store #002871 to partner with the Market Manager. Your leadership will guide daily functions, employee development, and store merchandising excellence while building strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate thrives in a retail setting. Key Responsibilities:

Execute the sales plan using all company tools
Provide coaching and mentorship to associates
Ensure standards of merchandising and operations
Develop lasting relationships with customers
Act as Store Head in absence of Market Manager

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED is essential
Minimum 1 year in retail or related leadership roles
Strong operational and detail-oriented skills
Critical thinking for performance improvement
Enthusiastic about customer service delivery
