Inventory & Product Operations Lead

Lead inventory and product strategies as the Operations Lead at Lululemon. Foster engaging team dynamics while ensuring a smooth guest experience on the retail floor. In this key role within the store leadership team, you will spearhead inventory management efforts and oversee back of house operations. The Operations Lead is key to developing team performance and executing product strategies while creating a positive atmosphere for guests and employees. Key responsibilities include leading inventory shifts and participating in team member evaluations. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee execution of the store product strategy
- Manage and process inventory accurately
- Engage in team development and performance discussions
- Promote a fun, productive environment for staff
- Review metrics to guide product focus and availability
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work history
- Experience with inventory management and merchandising
- Previous leadership or mentoring skills preferred
- Reliable transportation to the designated store
- Excellent communication and organization abilities
