We have a structured but fun household, and I’m looking for someone who can be a steady, positive presence during my parenting time. I share custody 50/50 (week-on, week-off), so support is only needed during my weeks — typically around 8–10 days per month. During the summer months, there may be additional hours as I’ll have the kids more consistently. I travel occasionally for work, so flexibility and reliability are important. The kids are bilingual (English/French), and while not required, it’s a bonus if you’re comfortable supporting that. ⸻ The Role This is a mix of childcare and light household support — more of a “family assistant” role than traditional babysitting.
