Nanny Wanted - Experienced Nanny Needed - Monday To Friday Long Term Position Starting October

We are a warm, loving family looking for a caring, reliable, and experienced nanny to become a trusted part of our family and care for our son, who will be turning one in October. We are looking for someone who can start part-time in September for a gradual transition and then move into a consistent Monday–Friday schedule starting in October, when I return to work full-time. Our ideal nanny is someone who genuinely enjoys caring for young children and wants to build a long-term relationship with our son as he grows. About the Role September: Part-time/shorter shifts to get to know our family and our son's routine Flexible days and hours to start Opportunity for us, our son, and our nanny to build a comfortable relationship before transitioning into the regular schedule Starting October: Monday to Friday Approximately 5–6 hours per day between 12pm-5pm. Caring for our son, who will be 12 months old Preparing and serving meals and snacks Diaper changes and nap/quiet time Age-appropriate play and activities Taking him outside for walks, to the park, library, or other local activities Reading, music, sensory play, and activities that support his development Keeping him engaged and active throughout the day Light child-related household tasks such as washing bottles/dishes, tidying toys and play areas, and occasional baby laundry We’re Looking For Someone Who Has experience caring for infants and toddlers Is warm, nurturing, patient, and genuinely enjoys children Is confident caring for a one-year-old independently Understands toddler routines, developmental stages, and cues Is reliable, punctual, and responsible Is comfortable taking a child out for walks and local activities Is comfortable preparing simple meals for a toddler Is looking for a consistent, long-term position Is comfortable working in a family home while parents may occasionally be working remotely CPR/First Aid certification is preferred Can provide references from previous childcare or nanny experience If interested, please message me with a little about yourself, your childcare experience, availability, and references.
