• Provide technical guidance ensuring compliance with codes
• Manage document control processes including RFIs
• Coordinate effectively with subcontractors and stakeholders
• Cultivate relationships with Owners and Architects
• Monitor costs and production to meet KPIs Requirements:
• Construction-related degree or diploma
• 10+ years of construction experience required
• Strong knowledge in scheduling and project management
• Experience with complex Construction ICI projects
