Lead enterprise AI transformation engagements for global organizations, advising executives on digital innovation, operating models, and capability building.As Manager, Enterprise at BrainStation, you will guide C-suite and business leaders through organization-wide AI transformation. You will advise AI, Product, Marketing, Design, and Data executives on industry opportunities, products, and customer experiences. This client-facing role combines strategic direction, engagement leadership, and relationship growth.Key Responsibilities:
Lead engagements from scoping through recommendations and roadmapsOwn daily client relationships and advise executive stakeholdersDesign target-state capabilities and digital operating modelsDirect multi-workstream delivery and review executive-level deliverablesDevelop proposals, business cases, and follow-on engagementsRequirements:
Five to eight years of client-facing professional experienceExperience leading enterprise or corporate engagements end to endCurrent perspective on AI, digital technology, and transformationStrong executive presence and complex problem-solving abilityHybrid availability with four or more office days weeklyBring enterprise advisory leadership, AI perspective, and executive communication skills to BrainStation’s global transformation engagements.
