Ai Digital Transformation Manager Brampton

Drive AI-enabled transformation for the City of Brampton using digital strategy, executive communication, and organizational change from City Hall. Help leaders and employees adopt tools that support measurable public-service improvements.This Senior Manager, Artificial Intelligence position reports to the Chief Information Officer and connects business, IT, and Digital Enablement teams. You will translate emerging capabilities into recommendations, secure sponsorship, and align delivery with enterprise architecture. Responsible AI, privacy, security, ethics, and risk management guide the mandate.Key Responsibilities:
Identify AI opportunities with business and IT partnersExecute initiatives and measure service and operational benefitsPresent complex AI concepts clearly to senior leadersStrengthen organizational AI literacy and readinessAssess Generative AI, Agentic AI, and orchestration developmentsRequirements:
Experience leading AI, digital transformation, or innovationStrong understanding of enterprise IT architectureKnowledge of governance, ethics, security, privacy, and regulationExperience advising VP, CIO, CTO, or CAO-level leadersAI/ML, AI data strategy, or transformation experienceBring AI expertise and transformation leadership to Brampton through adoption, executive alignment, enterprise architecture, and responsible delivery.
